Hi,

I'd like to submit a bug for RQM via the Development --> Submit a Bug option, however, upon submission, is reports that I do not have permission:

Permission Denied.

You don't have permission to perform the following actions:
create/type/com.ibm.team.workItemType.buildtrackingitem.

How does one request permission?
