https://SERVER/jazz/admin/cmd/requestReset - HTTP 403

Hi all,

I'm getting "HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied"

when I issue a requestReset to a new server instance of rtc2.0.0.02 ifx03.

I've ldap'd the instance, and all appears well; my account appears to be authenticating through LDAP, I can login using my ldap credentials as can my collegues, create work items, run builds, integrate with BF all appear to work.

Now I'm trying to issue a server reset to enable some other custom plugins, and I get the error.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Note the plugins havent been run-in previously, so maybe this is normal behaviour, but i somehow I dont think so. Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions they'd be gratefully received.

So i installed the plugins, restarted RTC and still get the http error when trying to issue a reset.

Time for a PMR....

This issue was due to our LDAP setup and a typo associated with our jazz/server/tomcat/webapps/jazz/WEB-INF/web.xml
