Can I restrict who can create an Epic?

Hello,

One of the teams I support has asked if it is possible to restrict who can create an Epic work item within their project area.

I'm not sure if we have this level of granularity out of the box, but wanted to check if there was any customsations which could be applied.

(we are using RTC v2.0.0.2)

some what sheepishly I have to note that not only that it is possible to do this out of the box and also I've just found out how to this...
