When trying to archive I getthe following error:
"The user could be archived because of the following issue: 'The Jazz Team Server rejected the request because it is based on stale data. Additional information from the server: Conflict'.ID CRJAZ1517E"
Any idea?

If you restart the server, the issue remains ?
If yes, it is better you open a PMR with support.
