Determination of Deliver requirements

Hello,
In the middle of a user interaction in our product (wizard), we need to
deliver file changes to the RTC server. The problem being that
delivering of changesets might not always be successful if you have not
met the deliver requirements configured on the project.

I wanted to know if there was any way I could query for the conditions,
or run a validator or something which would tell me if a changeset
delivery would succeed or not. If not, I would like to warn them in our
UI of what needs to be done. Currently, they would have to break out of
our wizard/dialog and goto the Team Advisor view, fix it and then re-do
again.
Regards,
Sri.

There is not way to currently "preview" a deliver. This is true of all other process enabled operations, we don't update the UI ahead of time.

I believe the feature you're asking for is related to:

Workitem 11860: There should be a context menu item available from the my
changes view to check if the selected change sets are ready for delivery
