Applying Attribute Groups to Existing Atrifacts

I read a few topics that explained how to create an attribute group, and how to add it to an existing artifact. I'm using the RRC 2.0.0.1 client, and when I go to a System Requirement and open the additional information area to the right, I am not seeing the Add Attribute link. I see the existing attribute group. I can also change the requirement type and can see the attribute group listed there.

Can someone let me know if they have experienced this as well and if I'm missing a step.

Could this be your issue?

As I recall, artifacts of type "requirement" can have only one artifact group assigned to them (other artifact type can use multiple attribute groups).

thank you for your response, and yes, I was informed that requirements can only have one attribute group assigned.
