Problem with 'Implemented By' URI when userid is modified

Liora Milbaum (513282117) | asked Mar 25 '14, 5:20 a.m.
 Hi,

My customer is facing the next issue:
A WI is linked to a Requirement (RRC) by 'Implemented By' link. For some reason, the userid who added the link was modified. Since than, when trying to follow the 'Implemented By' link, an error pops:

The requested artifact cannot be found.
ID CRRRW7552E The item that you are trying to view cannot be found in the database. It might have been deleted by another user.
RequestError: Unable to load /rm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Filclm.redbend.com%3A9443%2Fjts%2Fusers%2Fanata%3Fformat%3Dapplication%252Frdf%252Bxml&dojo.preventCache=1394698064912 status: 404
URL: /rm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Filclm.redbend.com%3A9443%2Fjts%2Fusers%2Fanata%3Fformat%3Dapplication%252Frdf%252Bxml
Error 404: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 404

The artifact appears in any case, but the error is annoying.

The userid which is used in the URI is the one before the modification. It appears that RTC/JTS stores the URI info with hard coded userid.

We have found a workaround by removing the link and re-adding it.
This workaround is not acceptable as there are hundreds of 'damaged' links.

Please advice,
Liora

System: CLM 4.0.4

your workaround is the only solution.. but there is a bug here if the userid is in the link, then when the user is changed CLM should fix the link

Liora,

I haven't found any existing defect that would match this issue.
I can suggest that you open a new one on jazz.net:
