It's not very detailed at this point, but the Server Setup Guide gives basic info. The Guide for Beta 2 is here: https://jazz.net/downloads/DownloadDocument.jsp?href=betas/data/0.6Beta2a/server-install/index.html

It says:

System Requirements

Ensure that the machine on which the Jazz server will be installed meets these basic requirements.

* Processor: 1.5 GHz Pentium/PowerPC or better
* Memory: 1 GB or more if the client and server are running on the same machine. 2 GB or more to develop, or run multiple clients from one machine.
* Disk Space: 1 GB of disk space. You need more space if you try out some small projects of your own.


This is really minimum specs. Our own self-hosting configuration is a pair of 2-way Intel servers, with 4GB RAM, one for the app server, one for the database server.
