Report - Release Note not working V402

Using RTC V402 we are unable to get the Release Note report to generate anything. Does anyone know if this report should still work in this version. The data warehouse is setup and working,

Jazz Team Builds are being run.

The Project Area, Team Area and Build Definitions are completed and we have entered a Build Label of a build that we know to have a changeset in it.

But the report is blank.

Hi David,
What do you mean by Release Note report? I cannot find it in out of the box reports: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m5/topic/com.ibm.team.reports.doc/topics/r_report_templates_oob.html

Could you provde screen snapshot?

Hi David,

The Release Note report is not an out of the box report that ships with RTC - it looks like a custom report. You'll have to contact the author of the report to find out whether or not it should work with 4.0.2.

If you haven't already, you may want to double check to make sure that the ETL jobs for both the JTS and RTC are running successfully.
