Problem while trying to flow changes cross repositories

I am trying to flow changes cross repositories.
To do that, I've read this article : https://jazz.net/library/article/535. At step 3, when trying to create a workspace from a stream in a different repository, the following error happens :

!MESSAGE CRJAZ0215I L'enregistrement suivant est introuvable dans la base de donnes : com.ibm.team.scm.common.internal.impl.WorkspaceHandleImpl@a110a11 (stateId: , itemId: , origin: <unset>, immutable: <unset>)
!STACK 0
com.ibm.team.repository.common.ItemNotFoundException: CRJAZ0215I L'enregistrement suivant est introuvable dans la base de donnes : com.ibm.team.scm.common.internal.impl.WorkspaceHandleImpl@a110a11 (stateId: , itemId: , origin: <unset>, immutable: <unset>)
