SCM Command Line Promotion

We have an linux infrastructure promoting to AIX ... we are attempting to use the SCM command line tools to support that promotion.

We're having problems getting it to work . is there a technote out there or some other information / experience anybody has on accommodating such a task.

Assuming that you're using 2.x, then https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/SCMUsingTheCliInBuilds should help.

Those are (essentially) notes that I'm using to write an article. If you find something doesn't work, please add a comment to bug 80767.

Actually no using version 1.0.1.1 - does the same info apply ?

Yes and no. The same general solution applies (the commit/deliver steps), but you will have to use the CLI to load the remote workspace, rather than the use the built-in prebuild step.
