Work assignments
Is it possible in RTC to modify a user's work assigment (user editor > work envirnment > work assignments) without being a JazzAdmin or a the user himself. Kan this permission be granted to any other role.
The idea is that the project manager would manage this kind of information and change the assignment based on the priorities.

This has not been fixed and is currently not planned for 3.0 either. The other bugs are duplicated with this one. The the 95534 has a planned for set was a mistake. I corrected that.
