Create Query - Owned by ID's

Susan Arnovick (1311613) | asked Feb 22 '10, 3:31 p.m.
Hi. I member of a project got married and her ID got changed. Her old ID was archived within the project and a new ID created for her. When a new query is created, someone is seeing the old ID as well as the new ID for this person, I however, don't see this. I only see the new ID. Why would another project member be seeing both ID's? Also, it appears that ID's are showing in her list that she doesn't even recognize. Any ideas what might be happening? Using FF 3.5.7 on v2.0.0.2

Thanks very much!

First, the archived user is not really deleted. You can create a workitem
query owned by any archived user. The reason why you cannot see the old ID
may be you are not in the same team area as this archived user. You can
click the "Add User" button in the condition panel. In the pop-up "Select
Users" window, check the option "Show archived users" and then you will
find the archived users.
