Hello Team,
We have a work item query which list us all the work items those were closed a day before. We want to schedule a task which should send an email with this list of work items to some of the RTC users.

Is there a way to automate this requirement ?

Hi,

there is nothing out of the box I am aware of. You could probably write a server or a Plain Java Client Libraries extension to do it. The server extension would have the benefit of potentially being able to use the servers mailer.

There is also a team that can offer and create licensed extensions for you, and provide maintenance.
