That capability is not currently available. I have made the statement on that wiki page clearer.

Hi Daniel, is there any update about WBModeler and RRC? I was interested
in scenario C-1. Do we still needing to use ReqPro?

Yes you still need to use RequisitePro with the following scenario:

Scenario 1: See requirements in an Eclipse view in your workspace; optionally associate model or development artifacts with requirements

* This scenario has been supported by RequisitePro for many years
* Use RequisitePro as a bridge (see Scenario A-1 above)
