CRRRW7236E: error is preventing to view Artifacts in RRC 4.0.3

I am unable to see Artifacts from existing View. Seems views are not working. when clicking on the view it did not show all the artifacts in it. getting Error: "CRRRW7236E  The server request to load the filter could not be completed."

we have 2 project areas on URL. Views on one project area are working fine but for other project area recein=ving the error.

You might want to open a request with support. Apparently something is broken in the process configuration of the project area that is failing.
