This is a user forum and not IBM ELM support. There is no way to get any confirmation for your approach in this forum.
However, for all I know, you approach is not supported and likely not going to be successful.
The only documented way to migrate between databases can be found in the product help and involves an export of the data and an import of the data. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/lifecycle-management/7.0.3?topic=database-migrating-databases
If you need more information on this, I would suggest to get in contact with support. There are possibilities to arrange test migrations and having support available standby in case of issues.

Adding to Ralph's answer: there are repotools commands available for this (exportConcurrent, importConcurrent, compare). The exception is the data warehouse, for which standard database migration tooling can be used. As he wrote: see the ELM documentation and if you need more information, ask IBM Support.
