Upload a file using elm python client

Cannot upload attachments to ETM via elm client Python API

Expected: Simple file upload to TC attachments
Actual: No working REST endpoints + missing elm client methods

Can you please help me on getting solution
1. What is the EXACT REST endpoint for attachment upload?
2. Need OSLC service discovery for hidden endpoints?
