In particular project area, can we create a test case, test script, test plan through REST API without any manual efforts?


Our need is through rest api we need to create test cases, test script and test plan and that needs to be reflected in RQM project area.

 As far as I can tell, you can. there are two REST APIs available that allow to CRUD test management artifacts. OSLC and Reportable REST. See https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMProductAPILanding
