In the latest release (ELM 7.0.3), servers run on OpenJDK 11 (IBM Semeru Certified Runtime). The EWM Eclipse client can use later versions of Java. Details are in the product compatibility reports https://www.ibm.com/software/reports/compatibility/clarity/index.html

Can you please Confirm if I can update ELM 702 SR1 with JAVA 21 SDK version?

You cannot upgrade ELM servers to Java 21 at this time. You must wait for an ELM release that has been tested, and support has been published in the product compatibility reports. ELM 7.0.2 will not be updated to work with Java 21. A later ELM version will be needed (details to be determined).
