Rhapsody failed to integrate to RMM

Licenses for Rhapsody, RTC, RMM installed.
1. RTC integration plugin is installed from Rhapsody.
All Rhapsody add-ons are installed

However failed to enable RMM in Rhapsody - can't see 'Enable Rhapsody Model Manager'
