 This is one of the best examples for how to not ask a question on this forum.
It is not even a question, just minimal cut and paste effort.

The error message you get is likely because the REQIf import considers at least one package presented was malformed. This means that the data in the REQIF file was somehow not recognizable. Incorrect format, content, encoding, corrupted. Without more data no way of telling.
