Editable work items on final states

María Silvana González (50710) | asked Dec 13 '09, 7:04 a.m.
Hi,

Is there any way to distinguish a final state within a workflow and limit users the edition of those work items on the final state?
e.g. I don't want a Defect on "Closed" state to be editable any more if it remains on that state. If so, the users should use the "Reopen" action.

If not considered within current / future RTC, I would like to open an enhancement...

Thanks!

This could be implemented quite easily as a precondition. The
corresponding requests exists and is tracked as:
