RTC installation is failing on ubuntu 11.10

I've downloaded RTC version 3.0(Linux x86-32/64) for Linux (Ubuntu 11.10).
I tried to install the same but it is failing with the following error messages.
I'm new to ubuntu as well as RTC and not able to understand/resolve the same.
Please let me know if you have any solution for the same.

Try

I use that, and don't work dor me. Nothing happen.
I have Ubuntu Server 64.
