DNG - Format issue when copying content from external applications like MS Word, Web-broswer to RM artifact

Hello,

We have an issue when copying the content from external application like MS word, Web-page, intranet page (Company specific web-page) to RM artifact. the content background will be set as white for those copied content.
This problem occurring in Microsoft Edge browser and not in Firefox Mozilla browser.

How to fix this format issue when using the Edge browser for RM artifact creation/updation.?

Depending what version you are using Edge may not be supported. You should probably create a support case.
