Requirement to Requirement traceability

Hello, I am trying to model requirements using the a deriveReqt relation or any other relation but I'm unable to create any kind of dependency between two remote requirements (requirements that live in DNG imported with the RMM profile).

Is this possible, is this a DNG or Rhapsody configuration that needs to be configured?

Before people try to dismiss my doubt, a very common practice, documented in the literature such as SysML distilled or A Practical Guide to SysML, it is to decompose requirements using requirements diagrams with the DeriveReqt relation. As matter of fact, this relation is only possible to exist between two requirements, so when I can not create this kind of relationship is very frustrating.
