RTC Eclipse Not showing "Work Item" Perspective
I am following installation indications from
for RTC 7.0.2
At page 32, it says to choose the Work Item perspective.
But Work Item perspective does not appears in the list of available perspectives.
What can be the problem?

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER edited May 20 '21, 11:37 a.m. Most likely you failed to install the RTC/EWM P2 install into Eclipse. Maybe the Eclipse version is incompatible.
You can try to do a parallel install of the vanilla RTC Client that comes as ZIP file in the same section the P2 install can be found. That should definitely work. Or you follow the instructions and take that specific Eclipse version.
