Difference Between 'Setting up Work item approvals' and 'Modify work items approvals' permission in RTC

 Hello Everyone,


Is there any Permission by which we can restrict modifying approver based upon role.I am not getting the use of 'modifying work item approval permission' as it is not having any impact on the work item,as per expectation.Kindly provide documents or reference,which describe the difference between 'setting up work item approvals' and 'Modify work items Approvals'.

 Below are the details of the two permission:-

  1. Modify the work item's approvals  -> Permission for changing the status of the approval. (e.g Pending, Approved, Reject)
  2. Setting up work item approvals  -> Permission on creation, deletion of approvals as well as approvers
