where there is not email notification available for reviewer and verfication of the workitem in RTC?

Hi,


When I request for any approval for workitem, I am getting email notification!
For the same when I request for any review or verification of any workitem, I am not receiving email!

why I am not ggetting email?
Any leads would be helpful!
