JAS during JTS setup is disabled
Distributed environment 6061 ifix15
JTS Setup recognised that SSO is turned on, but during JTS setup, option to tell it where JAS is located is disabled. Also rendered "register applications" disabled as well.
There are no errors so any ideas on what the issue could be ?

You have to select that you are going to use JAS during installation in Installation Manager. Otherwise this option will not be available. Do you remember if you selected that option?

Yes otherwise that wouldn't even be an option in JTS Setup - during setup the fields are there but the field to input the URI for the JAS is greyed out
