Would it be possible for non-admin users to create ReqIF definitions in DOORS?

 Hi All,


It looks that a user with RMCDA access is not able to create a ReqIF definition, but administrator can do it.
The following article says that a general user must have the power to partition data, but how can I give the authorization to partition data to a general user? Is this different from RMCDA access level?

That’s settled.


Tool -> manage user -> edit
enable [partition data]
