Facing issues while extracting RQM data dumps.

I am getting an error ("com.acn.adt.exception.ServerConnectionException: Failed to get success response for URL: https://hostname/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/history?resourceId=resources/UUID/testcase/urn:com.ibm.rqm:testcase:ID. Response status code received: 403 . Following response received: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">").
When I tried to fetch the same URL (https://hostname/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/history?resourceId=resources/UUID/testcase/urn:com.ibm.rqm:testcase:ID) in the browser it is able to fetch the details of the Test case.
Also in the log we can able to see ("<h2>Permission Denied</h2> <div>Your account does not have the group memberships required to access the requested resource.</div>")
I have group memberships access and have proper license for same.
I am using a Firefox RESTClient extension.

Kindly help what could be root cause for it?

My best guess is that you are not logged in and do not provide the correct session headers, thus the response fails and hints the login page.

Please also note that looking at the web UI may expose INTERNAL apis. To better understand what goes on in the Web UI, consider using the developer tools and capture and analyse HAR files.

Also note that there are several utilities in the ETM download pages that can be used to communicate with ETM and do certain operations.
