Facing SSL connection error when using Jconsole to monitor ELM application.

Hi Everyone,


Greetings !!

We are trying to monitor DNG application using JConsole. We followed the document https://jazz.net/wiki/pub/Deployment/MBeansUsage/ELM-MonitoringGuide.pdf step by step. But we end up with SSL connection error. We tried same steps to connect to the local JTS server but ended up with same error. 
Here I am attaching the screenshot of the error .There are no firewall blockers also in our network. Could you please help me in solving this error.

We tried address by giving hostname, IP address , localhost but none of them are worked.

Please open a case with support. When asking on this forum, please carefully read the guidelines https://jazz.net/forum-guidelines.jsp and provide the minimal information e.g. version of the products. I am not sure that this would help, ssl issues are hard. I quickly tried with my local (not ssl trusted) instance and I get the same issue. I also can not connect insecure. Some observations: The name and password of the ssl certificate store is likely incorrect. It is incorrect for a vanilla ELM install. If you have configured SSL, you will have a different store name and password that you need to provide.

SSL connection issue resolved by using IBM JDK 1.8.

Java version issues are often involved with SSL/TLS connection issues.
