IBM DNG Cloud Trial not being created on IBM dashboard
I'm looking for support for the DNG IBM Cloud trial.
We were contacted by someone describing a problem creating a "IBM DOORS Next Generation on Cloud Trial" offering at https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard/ (it is stuck in the "Activation in progress" state).
When they contacted IBM they were redirected to the jazz.net forum. I am not sure who to contact for assistance with this, and I am looking for a contact to redirect future requests like these to.
