DNG - Recent Changes Widget Criteria?

What is the criteria used for the RM Recent Changes Widget?  I use the same settings for this Widget on every Project Dashboard, yet one Project will show no recent changes, another lists 100 items going back to dates in 2019, while another lists only those artifacts that changed in the last two weeks.  


I'm using 6.0.6 iFix018, without CM.
