Why is Name not updated in Folder but is updated in Module

I needed to change the Primary Text of an Artifact. I created a csv with ID, Primary Text and imported it into the folder.

When I display the Artifact in the module the Name and Primary text are updated. But when I look at the artifact in the folder the Name is not updated. Why is that?

Using DNG 6.0.5 Requirements Management.

It depends on how you are looking at the artifact. I need a little more context.

There are 3 fields - who knows why ;?

Name

Primary text == Contents

Name will only match Primary text IF - you delete the text in the name. It will get substituted with <Primary text[0-244]>

If you edit Name with any change - a period, comma, whatever - it will drop the sync with the Primary Text.

I updated the csv with a column titled Name and set that to blank.

Imported into the folder and the Name was synced to the Primary Text.
