I will not import the artifacts which are classified as "Heading" or "Information".

I do not think this is possible in DOORS classic as i think the focus of the relationship between RMM and DOORS is at the module level and not the view.
If it  was the view you might be able to filter out the reqirements you do not want to see.
But i cannot say if this is possible.
