Restrict deleting files in a component/stream

 I perform delivery of artifacts/files through SANDBOX (SHELL client)

while delivery if any file is deleted from my workspace(SANDBOX) it is getting deleted from the component ( residing in the server) also.Is there a way to restrict deletion of files from the component or restrict file deletion from SANDBOX at client end.

You may be able to use the history function in Eclipse to recover information deleted by accident from your sandbox before it gets checked in, but I don't think there is anything for that in the shell client.

You can put certain permissions on delivery to prevent deletion of files on the server.

I don't think there is anything you can do from the client side.
