In RTC0-4.0, in the Process Configuration page, in Team_Configuration -> Operation_Behavior -> Operations -> Source_Control -> Deliver_Phase_2 -> Preconditions -> Restrict_Changes_by_Item_Name, you can add a rule that says for "*" (i.e. all files) the "deletion" operation is prevented.

I don't know whether that precondition is available in 3.0.1.1

Thanks Geoff, I dont see option in 3.0.1.1..when the release RTC 4.01 is gone a release...

Is there a workaround in 3.0.1.1 to prevent or an API's will be much help...
