Order of Resolution code is different for Eclipse and WebUI

In my RTC 3.0.1 Project Area, I changed the order of resolutions.
When resolving a work item, new order of resolution is respected using RTC Eclipse Client,
however, it does not work using the WebUI.

Is this a bug?

This issue has been identified on jazz.net as defect # 86703
https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/86703
which will be fixed in RTC 4.0 and RTC 3.0.1.4
