 Active services of RDNG has CleanUpUnusedIndexesVersionsTask running for long hours (>7hours).


Does it lead to any performance issue ? How should it be addressed ?

There is a defect open to address the performance issue of the query, and the issue in general.
See Unreferenced Versions Updater is slow on systems with lots of baselines (485171)
