What does ID CRRRW7780E mean and how to fix it?

 When trying to deliver changes and also when attempting to Compare Configurations in RDNG 6.0.1 M3, I'm getting this error.

ID CRRRW7780E  An error occurred during the operation. The following message might include more information about the problem.
Unable to load https://jazz.net/sandbox04-rm/views?execute=true&fullObject=false&count=false status: 500

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

This can be one of those generic errors. Seeing the 500 internal error code, you'd better check the rm.log file for more details. You can get it from the RDNG Server Administration page if you have the privilege. Otherwise you may have to request help from the server administrators.

Thanks Donald.

Seeing as this is on the jazz.net sandbox, what would be the appropriate way to look into that log?

The forum administrators may do something when they see your post. Or you can log the issue here:

 Thanks.

I've opened a ticket (https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Community%20Feedback#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=141642)

If a meaningful answer is provided as to what's causing this error, I'll post it here afterwards for future reference.

 @rschoon / @gmclemm

I've noticed no response is being provided on the Community Feedback (I've looked up all tickets back from August and all are still unresponded).

Can you please help figure out how to move forward with investigating this error?
