Why is RM Addon failing in some artifact formats in firefox?

Hi,

When opening the Screen Flow Editor or the Storyboard Editor in Rational DOORS NG 6.0, the next message is shown:
Could not open the editor: An exception was thrown during initialization.

The Details of the error are as follow:

It works on Internet Explorer, so it is not a generalized problem with the server.

The error is "Connection timed out". The RM Add-on actually runs a separate application on the client machine. Make sure that this application is not blocked by the firewall.

Since you are using RDNG 6.0, you may consider using the Diagram Editor instead, which is not dependent on the Add-on.
