Importing Fails for Doors NG

My client has CLM 5.0.2. After creating a lifecycle project with the standard templates ( quality prof,developer,analyst), the DOORS NG importing of a document just hangs at 95%. The only way to get around to this, is to create a lifecyle project with just the QM and CCM applications, and then create a DOORS NG project based on the JKE template and then associate. The the import then works.
Is this a bug? Creating lifecycle projects in 2 steps is a tedious process for the client.

Jun 24 '15, 9:57 p.m.The point may not relate to LPA project or not. It seems that the project template is mattering. If you create a new DNG project based on standard template other than JKE template and not in a LPA, when importing a document, do you see any problem or not? If yes, it means the built in type in JKE Banking template matters.
Another thing is that sometimes the import thread can be hanging and restart server could release the thread to make it work.
If you contact client support, they may ask to provide firebug har file as well turn on TaskTracker debug to find out what is going on behind.
