Hi there,
I have an issue within RTC, I have a team which has around 250 users.
When I created a new work item, in the owned by field, RTC only displays 100 users. I would like to be able to display the list of all the users, can you please guide me where I can modify this configuration if possible?
Thanks in advance for your support.
Cheers

Please see https://jazz.net/forum/questions/238085/user-does-not-display-in-dropdown-for-owned-by-attribute
You should be able to search for more users in the dialog.

Thanks Ralph for your help!
I checked the link and actually they propose to use Contributor instead of Generic combo. It is quite a constraint as we do not want to change the template.
I would be nice if we can know what is the logic behind the selected users, because out of 250, the application selected 100 but not sure on which based.
Any idea would be nice.
Thanks again for help!

The issue is performance. All the data needs to be sent back and forth. If I had to implement that I would take the first 100 I get. I do not see a way for you to change that, so why does it matter.
Some customers have a lot of user, project areas, categories, roles, links,..... you name it. Retrieving all this takes time and impact the UIs so somehow the tools have to deal with this and keep performance acceptable.

Cheers Ralph that makes it quite clear to me!
The only possible confusion is that there is no warning displayed, i.e. if we don't communicate in advance to the user that there is a limit, he/she will think that the team area only has 100 members whereas in reality there are more than 250.

I have no indication there is an advanced property or anything else. You can open a case with support, if you want to.
