How do I delete a report that I have created. There is no delete icon in the All Report view (RQM 2.0) even though I have Delete Report permission.

You need the Rational Team Concert (RTC) Eclipse client to perform this action. From this client you can add, delete, rename and move reports and folders, and do other administrative tasks.
Connect to the Project Area and look under Reports, you will find your report and be able to delete it.
