There has been a problem with converter, even after applying the steps to "fix" converter problem CRRRW8010E the application still has issues. The steps followed to try to fix have been the following:
- Check if converter works. We checked and it works in the web view.
- Stop RRC WAS profile.
- Delete temp, wstemp and logs folders.
- Start RRC WAS profile.
That process was done 2 times and after some days of running the converter got the same error.
In the converter logs the following error appeared also:
CRRRC7130E org.eclipse.emf.common.util.WrappedException: com.ibm.rdm.client.oauth.internal.repack_com_ibm_team_jfs_app_http_client_internal_auth.AuthenticationException
The next process added to the steps mentioned before was to re-deploy a funciontal converter from another server. Getting the steps like this:
- Check if converter works. We checked and it works in the web view.
- Stop converter.war application on WAS console.
- Uninstall converter.war on WAS console.
- Rename old converter.war
- Stop RRC WAS profile.
- Delete temp, wstemp and logs folders.
- Start RRC WAS profile.
- Deploy the new converter.war from the functional server.
For now applications have not presented the same issue. If the issue keeps coming after some days i will update this.
