Login issue in RTC v5.0.2

every time a user access RTC, appears logged as "ADMIN" instead of his own Username with the following message at ccm.log or rm.log (depending which app it access):
2014-12-03 12:31:27,463 [WebContainer : 12 @@ 12:31 Herson Layana <ccm.admin@9beee9a6-1aa8-482b-8d22-8d703f504fc0> /ccm/service/]  WARN itory.servlet.internal.FetchLoggedInContribService  - CRJAZ1186W Authenticated user "Herson Layana Marambio" does not exist in the repository. Logging in as "ADMIN". The user may need to be imported into the repository. Note that login can be case-sensitive. 

The user was imported and exists in the repository ,with licences already loaded.
rtcadmin user also resides on TDS but it has no problem to log into RTC
The environment has the following components:
   - WAS v8.0.0.9 stand alone 64-bit (CCM, RM, QM, JTS installed on it) on Windows Server 2008 R2 (virtual machine)
   - LDAP authenticacion against IBM Tivoli Directory Server v6.1.0.0
   - RTC version: 5.0.2 RC1 (RTC-I20141016-0414) with WAS v8.0.0.9
   - DB2 v10.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2 (virtual machine)
Please I need help to solve this issue ASAP.

This behavior is usually due to a problem with LDAP setup or the information about that particular user in LDAP. You should open a ticket with IBM Rational Support to resolve the problem.
