WAS Time Out Error

Hello Team, 


I am setting up a WAS for CLM applications on distributed environment. I deployed .war files and then created users on Federated repositories and mapped user to the groups. And also application is up. But its taking time to get into the jts/admin page. In the log file I am getting error message as
