User is not able to access any of the CLM Applications after the Password Reset of the LDAP Directory

Why the user added to LDAP Directory under Jazz users is and not able to access any of the CLM applications and in meanwhile password reset has been made for the LDAP Directory?

 1)If the Password reset has been made for the LDAP Directory:


a)Update the new password in Websphere -> DO a test connection.


b) Run jts/setup and update the password in  LDAP setuppage.


c) Run the Synchronization IN JTS/Web of the Users again and the user will be able to authenticate successfully.
